For reservations for 5 and more rooms please contact our reservation department on reservation@okhotels.cz.

Accommodation with breakfast for children till the age of 12 with excess charge 100 CZK/day, when they share the hotel room with parent(s). Price will be recalculated on the reservation confirmation.

Prepayment of 50 % of ordered services is required 30 days before your arrival via bank transfer or credit card.

In case of reservation made 7 days before the arrival, a credit card guarantee is reqiured. Cancellation conditions

30 - 20 days before arrival = 50 % of total ordered services
19 - 10 days before arrival = 75 % of total ordered services
9 days before arrival or no show = 100 % of total ordered services
